The Calcutta High Court on Thursday granted bail to AMRI Hospital director SK Todi, who was booked with 15 others in connection with the fire tragedy at the medical centre that claimed 94 lives last December.

Chargesheet filed against 16 for Kolkata hospital fire

Two top Kolkata doctors have been arrested in connection with the fire tragedy at the AMRI hospital in the city. A pre-dawn blaze at the hospital on December 9 last year had left over 90 people dead. Most of them were patients who choked to death due to toxic smoke.
