Another senior officer of the Hyderabad-based construction company IVRCL is under scanner of the Kolkata Police investigating the collapse of Vivekananda flyover last week killing 26 people and injuring around 89.

As a flyover in construction for years collapsed in Kolkata today, killing at least 21 people and leaving scores trapped, its builders pleaded "act of God".

In CCTV footage aired on local television channels, a dark shadow is seen descending ominously as cars and taxis drive through under the Vivekananada Setu flyover in central Kolkata's Burrabazar that collapsed this afternoon.
