The new M3 Max chip reportedly includes 16 CPU cores with 12 high-performance cores and four efficiency cores, 40 GPU Cores and 48GB of memory. Compared to the outgoing M2 chip, the new chip has four more high-performance CPU cores and two additional graphics cores.
