CoWIN has announced that it will now start displaying badges for fully vaccinated and partially vaccinated on user's profiles on the portal. The badges will appear as shields. Furthermore, back in July the Government of India announced that it will offer CoWIN on a global scale and earlier this week, it was offered as an open source platform.
