When Sri Lankan president Mahinda Rajapaksa lands this evening in Andhra Pradesh on a private plane with a 60-member delegation, he is likely to be flown on Indian Air Force helicopter the base of the Tirumala hills, just 15 kms from the famous Tirupati temple, which he is scheduled to visit tomorrow morning.
