Five days of Holi celebrations in Manipur have been overshadowed by competitive politics after the state voted a hung assembly on Saturday. The incumbent Congress, which has ruled the state for 15 years under Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh, emerged as the single largest party winning 28 of the state's 60 seats.
