Nearly a month after he was abducted by the Maoists in Odisha, uncertainty still continues over the fate of Biju Janata Dal (BJD) MLA Jhina Hikaka. Mr Hikaka was kidnapped on March 24 from Koraput district while returning home from a political meeting.
