A 12-year-old boy was shot dead during firing at a marriage ceremony in Shahabad village in Outer Delhi late on Tuesday night. The incident occurred at around midnight after some people from the groom's side started firing in the air when a marriage procession arrived at the village from Jhajjar, Haryana.
