Massage Parlours In Delhi

The Delhi High Court has dismissed a petition seeking a direction to the authorities to ban cross-gender massages in spa and massage centres.

The Delhi High Court today stayed the prohibition on cross-gender massage services in the city, saying there was no reasonable connection between the absolute ban and preventing prostitution at spas.

The Delhi Commission for Women on Monday said police registered a case after a delay of five days in connection with alleged sex rackets operating from spa and massage parlours in Nawada and Mohan Garden areas of West Delhi.
