The BJP in Gujarat has lodged a complaint with the Election Commission asking that ousted Vice-Chancellor of Darul Uloom Deoband Maulana Ghulam Mohammad Vastanvi be barred from entering the state. This following his allegedly provocative comments against chief minister Narendra Modi.
