Sleuths of the city's cyber cell have arrested a 19-year-old student from Delhi for creating a fake Facebook profile of Police Commissioner Meeran Borwankar. Identified as Anubhav Bipinkumar Yadav, the accused hails from Dhanao in Uttar Pradesh. The police said Yadav was pursuing his Bachelor of Business Administration.
