Mohan Kumar, Head of Michelin India, passed away after battling with Covid-19. He was 53. He joined the company in 2005 as head of the passenger car tyre sales and since then held leadership roles both in Michelin India and the Michelin USA.

Michelin has announced entering a new partnership with Swedish start-up Enviro, to introduce a new technology to recycle end of life tyres. Under the new partnership, the companies will work towards industrialising an innovative pyrolysis technology on a large scale to recycle old tyres and convert them into raw materials.
