Russia said it had fined Apple $12 million (roughly Rs. 90 crores) for alleged abuse of its dominance in the mobile applications market, in the latest dispute between Moscow and a Western technology firm.

Fifteen people died on Tuesday when a night time fire tore through a two-storey Moscow market warehouse in which migrant workers from a former Soviet republic were camping out.
