A Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) ward office in Worli in South Mumbai has been vandalised allegedly by Shiv Sena workers after it refused to give them permission to build a memorial for late Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray at Shivaji Park.
