A man was arrested on Friday for raping a 9-year-old mentally challenged girl in Chembur in Mumbai.The girl was raped in Rashtriya Chemical Fertilizers slum colony in suburban Chembur.The accused stays in the same neighbourhood as the girl and was arrested after the girl's family lodged a complaint.
