The issue of jurisdictional overlapping between Athletics Federation of India and National Anti-Doping Agency on the disciplinary hearing of dope tainted athletes Mandeep Kaur and Jauna Murmu was resolved with the AFI deciding to transfer the case to NADA.

Disregarding NADA's request to put on hold the disciplinary proceedings of dope tainted top quarter-milers Mandeep Kaur and Jauna Murmu, the Athletics Federation of India on Friday went ahead with the hearing with the athletes being represented by their lawyers.
