An undated letter of Delhi Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung surfaced on Thursday in which he has written to Union Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi apprising him he would be on a private visit to Goa from December 25 to January 1.

They were apparently not past the point of no return. The three BJP law-makers in the Delhi Assembly stood up today with placards accusing the government of ignoring a water crisis, then said they were leaving to accentuate their point.
