TSMC’s 3nm SoCs to Debut in 2023, 2nm Chips Production to Begin 2025

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has announced that its 3nm chips will be coming in 2023 and 2nm chips in 2025. The 3nm chips use FinFlex technology and the 2nm chipsets will feature nanosheet transistor architecture.
