Narsimhan Begins Second Term As Governor

ESL Narasimhan was sworn-in on Thursday as the governor of Andhra Pradesh for a second consecutive term. He has been given a five-year extension by President Pratibha Patil. High Court Chief Justice Madan B Lokur administered him the oath of office during a ceremony at Raj Bhavan, the Governor's official residence.
