National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission In Delhi

Declaring "we are deeply pained," Supreme Court judges today ordered Unitech to deposit Rs 15 crore that will be reimbursed to people who bought flats in the developer's projects near Delhi which are nowhere near completion.

Northern Railway has been asked by the consumer commission to pay Rs 25,000 to a man for not informing him about the cancellation of a train, terming it as "deficiency in service".
