India's three main stock exchanges - the National Stock Exchange, BSE Ltd and Metropolitan Stock Exchange - said Friday they would stop licensing products and data to foreign exchanges to prevent trading from migrating overseas.

The rules come as BSE Ltd gears up to list on bigger rival National Stock Exchange on Feb. 3, after its up to Rs 1,243 crore initial public offering was heavily oversubscribed.
