• Admiral Devendra Joshi is new Indian Navy chief

  Admiral Devendra Kumar Joshi, an anti-submarine warfare specialist, on Friday took over as the Indian Navy chief. He succeeds Admiral Nirmal Verma, who retired after 43 years of service.
