A rare video of Maoists showing the rebels conducting 'commando-style' training to gun down Air Force helicopters has been recovered, claims the police in Bastar, which is a huge stronghold of Naxals in the state of Chhattisgarh.

The Jharkhand Police have sounded an alert in Giridih and Dhanbad in the wake of the brazen attack by Maoists on a train in neighbouring Bihar's Jamui district.

More than 100 Naxals attacked a train in Bihar on Thursday and killed three people including a soldier of the Railway Protection Force (RPF).

Pranav K Choudhary, a journalist from Bihar, was on the Dhanbad-Patna Intercity Express which was attacked by over 100 Maoists today. He had boarded the train from from Jasidih in Deoghar junction less than two hours before the attack. He tells us his experience:
