A man handed over to Crime Brach by Jammu and Kahsmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, has died in custody. 61-year-old Haji Yousuf was handed over to the Crime Branch at Mr Abdullah's residence yesterday for alleged corruption and blackmail.

Four people have died and another five injured in a building mishap in Mumbai. At around 3.30pm this afternoon, nine labourers were standing on a bamboo scaffolding to paint a building Siddhivinayak Towers in the Mumbai suburb of Bhayandar, when the scaffolding collapsed under the weight.
