A fresh tremor of magnitude 5.1 on the Richter scale was reported a little before 10 pm on Sunday in Nepal, which saw overwhelmed doctors move hundreds of patients onto the streets of capital Kathmandu during the day, when aftershocks rattled hospitals and buildings already damaged by Saturday's earthquake that has killed more than 2,400 people.
