Authorities say the man who opened fire at an IHOP restaurant in Nevada's capital city has died of self-inflicted gunshot wounds. Carson City Sheriff Kenny Furlong says the man opened fire at the restaurant at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, wounding six people and himself and killing two uniformed National Guard members and a third person.
