"Tree Wall" In Delhi To Act As Shield Against Dust Storms

Use Multilevel Facility: Green Court Bans Parking In Sarojini Nagar Market

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) today banned parking in the Delhi's Sarojini Nagar market and said anyone found doing so would be liable to pay a fine of Rs 5,000. The environmental compensation of Rs 5,000 would be in addition to the fine mentioned under the Motor Vehicles Act, a bench headed by NGT Chairperson Justice Swatanter Kumar said.
