A sitting judicial member of the National Green Tribunal principal bench today moved the Supreme Court challenging the appointment of Justice Jawad Rahim as the acting chairperson of the green court on grounds of supersession.

Use Multilevel Facility: Green Court Bans Parking In Sarojini Nagar Market
The National Green Tribunal (NGT) today banned parking in the Delhi's Sarojini Nagar market and said anyone found doing so would be liable to pay a fine of Rs 5,000. The environmental compensation of Rs 5,000 would be in addition to the fine mentioned under the Motor Vehicles Act, a bench headed by NGT Chairperson Justice Swatanter Kumar said.
