In a Delhi court former Telecom Minister A Raja today opposed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI's) plea for placing on record a CD containing recorded conversations and transcripts of calls of former corporate lobbyist Niira Radia pertaining to 2G spectrum allocation.

Radia tapes leak case: Supreme Court asks Centre to reply to Tata's plea

The Supreme Court today sought a response from the Centre on a plea by Tata Group Chairman Ratan Tata asking for the inquiry report on the leakage of the controversial Niira Radia tapes. The probe report had pointed out that the tapes released to the media were tampered with.
