Odisha Home Guards' remuneration raised to Rs 200 a day

The Odisha government on Tuesday decided to hike the daily remuneration of home guards from Rs150 to Rs 200. The new remuneration would be effective retrospectively from June 1, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, who is also in-charge of home department, said in a direction.
