Shop employee arrested for theft of Rs 75 lakh ingots

They said that the employee had reported the theft of ingots while returning to Omalur with the ingots purchased from a jewellery shop in Thiruvananthapuram on February 19. Police grew suspicious after both the driver and the conductor said that they had not stopped anywhere during the journey.
