Authorities in Pakistan have frozen bank accounts with more than Rs 400 million of over 5,100 terror suspects, including Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar who is under "protective custody" after the terror attack on the Pathankot air base, officials said.

Pakistan's Federal Bureau of Revenue (FBR) also froze the bank account of another Test player Azhar Ali for the same reason. A source close to Misbah-ul-Haq said that the action taken by the FBR would be challenged as there was a dispute over amount of dues that the cricketer owed to the tax authorities.
