Pakistan School Massacre Arrest

Afghanistan security services have arrested five men in connection with the massacre at a Pakistan military school last month that killed 150 people, most of them children, officials said Saturday.

The government of Pakistan's restive Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province on Monday announced a bounty worth US $ 100,000 for information leading to the arrest or death of the Pakistani Taliban chief, officials said.

Some Afghan nationals working in the canteen of the army-run school where 150 people, mostly school children, were massacred, have been arrested by Pakistan security agencies for allegedly facilitating the Taliban militants in carrying out the bloodbath.

Authorities have made arrests in the case of the Taliban school attack that killed 149 in the northwestern city of Peshawar, Pakistan's Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said.
