Head of tattoo artist was removed in murder, remains missing

When a corpse without a head was discovered near a railway track in East Delhi, the police described it as a case of suicide. 24 hours later, a murder case has been registered, the corpse has been identified thanks to a tattoo, but the severed head remains missing.
