Former union home secretary and BJP lawmaker from Bihar, RK Singh has said the Punjab Police cannot escape responsibility for the smuggling of drugs across the India-Pakistan border. A possible drug-terror nexus is being investigated after the terror attack on the Pathankot Air Force base in the border state.
