For the third summer in a row, a black bear has been spotted wandering in northern New Jersey on its hind legs. A new video shows Pedals, as he is known - and whose upright position makes clear that he is a he - calmly strolling like a person in a bear suit through backyards, driveways and shrubbery in the community of Oak Ridge.
