Pmk Candidate List

The ruling All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday released its second list of 171 nominees for the April 6 assembly polls and identified the segments to be contested by its allies, the Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

While the DMK has fielded two woman candidates for the Lok Sabha elections, political rival AIADMK could accommodate for just one in its list released on Sunday. The BJP, which has allied with the ruling party, is yet to disclose its choices for the polls.

The Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK), contesting all 234 Assembly constituencies in Tamil Nadu in the May 16 elections, today released its first list of candidates for 45 seats.
