CBSE class XII topper Raksha Gopal who scored a whopping 99.6 per cent today said that she wants to pursue a bachelor's degree in political science and become an IAS officer.

A report prepared by the forensic science laboratory has confirmed that "experts" had written examination for Bihar Intermediate Arts "topper" Ruby Rai who had pronounced political science as "prodikal science" saying the subject deals with cooking.

It has been three weeks since school girl Ruby Rai was last at home. The 17-year-old was arrested after she was declared the topper in Political Science and said in television interviews that the subject involved cooking.

Ruby Rai, the Bihar Plus-Two topper who thought political science taught one the art of cooking, gave the state board's re-examination for toppers a miss today. A board official said she had sent in a note asking for more time, claiming she was ill.

On camera, Ruby Rai, 17, who topped Bihar's Class 12 exams in the Arts stream, says political science, a subject she virtually aced, teaches cooking. Another student from her junior or intermediate college , who placed as Bihar's Science topper, was not able to answer elementary questions like the link between water and H20.
