The Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN) has arrested three people and seized nearly four quintals of poppy husk worth around Rs 40 lakh.

Punjab government today termed as "unfortunate" the re-opening of poppy husk vends in neighbouring Rajasthan.

Punjab Police have made a record recovery of drugs, including heroin and poppy husk, in the state since January this year, Director General of Police Sumedh Singh Saini said today.
