Mother of 24-year-old TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee, who was found dead at her residence in Mumbai in mysterious circumstances, today moved the Supreme Court seeking to cancel anticipatory bail granted by the Bombay High Court to actor-producer Rahul Raj Singh accused of abetting her suicide.

"She was very vibrant. Rahul and Pratyusha were young and new in their relationship. So, they had their little moments, ups and downs, as you could see on the show. They looked very much in love," said Arbaaz Khan

The Balika Vadhu actress was found hanging from a fan in her suburban Goregaon residence on Friday evening by her boyfriend and producer Rahul Raj Singh. She was taken to the hospital but succumbed there later. The Bangur Nagar Police has registered an accidental death case

"I was home with my mother when eight people entered my home and asked for Rahul Raj Singh. I said he doesn't stay here, this is my house but they said I'm lying and started barging into my house," Pratyusha said. The incident happened on Monday evening
