President Gallantry Awards Crpf Personnel

Six CRPF personnel, including four posthumous, were decorated with military gallantry medals by President Droupadi Murmu during a defence investiture ceremony held in New Delhi on Friday.

CRPF Head Constable Kale Sunil Dattatraya (posthumously), who lost his life during a terror attack in Pulwama last year, and Jammu and Kashmir Police Sub-Inspector Amardeep will be awarded President's Police Medal for Gallantry on Independence Day.

Three constables of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), awarded the President's Police Medal for Gallantry posthumously, were among the 885 police personnel from across the country who were honoured by the government for their distinguished services on the eve of the Republic Day.
