The Delhi High Court Thursday suggested that the AAP government set up a mechanism like a helpline on which healthcare workers can call anonymously to complain against private hospitals or nursing homes not providing N-95 masks and PPE kits.

All night, a young mother sat outside a hospital in Meerut, her young daughter's body next to her. She had no way to get home to her village, 50 kilometres away. A stranger offered her some money and advised her to call 108, the helpline for state-run ambulances.

Through the helpline number launched last month, the reporting centre has received around 250 complaints in 15 days.

Victims of cyber offences can now report their cases and seek technical help at zero cost at the first private cyber crime reporting helpline which has become operational in Delhi-NCR.
