A 'Punjabiat Great Grand Alliance' providing a "viable, effective alternative" to the ruling SAD-BJP combine and Opposition Congress in Punjab will be announced on August 15 at Ludhiana, former Congress leader Jagmeet Singh Brar said on Monday.
