An argument over a mere Rs 4 led to the death of a man in Nala Sopara near Mumbai. Forty-year-old Ravi Bhagwat, a ragpicker, was allegedly stabbed to death by a food stall worker on Saturday. The incident happened just 100 metres away from Tulinj police station. It was captured on a CCTV camera installed near the crime site.
