From playing percussion instruments with locals in his rallies to his donning traditional headgear, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made himself a reputation for making eye-catching appearances. But Congress chief Rahul Gandhi too has followed suit in recent months, especially upping photo-ops and social media posts.

Taking a dig at Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday said the former is responsible for the grand old party's present condition, adding their fortunes would not change as they would yet again witness defeat in the crucial Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today took a swipe at Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi over his visit to the site of the flyover collapse in Kolkata, calling it a "photo-op" which is the "lifeline" of the politics of the Congress Vice President.

On Monday morning, in a well-orchestrated photo-op, Congress President Sonia Gandhi flagged off over 100 trucks loaded with food supplies, medicines and other materials meant for Uttarakhand, where thousands of people were stranded in flash floods.
