Rajiv Kochhar Detained

A court in Delhi today directed concerned authorities to withdraw the Look Out circular (LOC) against Rajiv Kochhar, brother-in-law of former ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar, in an alleged bank loan fraud and money laundering case.

Rajiv Kochhar, the brother-in-law of ICICI Bank MD and CEO Chanda Kochhar, was detained by immigration authorities at Mumbai airport when he was to leave for a Southeast Asian country and handed over to CBI officials, who questioned him for six hours in connection with the bank's dealing with Videocon Group on Thursday.
