Rajya Sabha Spent 28 Percent Of Functional Time To Make Laws Between 1978-2018

The Rajya Sabha spends 40 per cent of its functional time deliberating on issues of public importance, 32 per cent time ensuring accountability of the executive and 28 per cent in making laws, a survey has revealed.
