Monsoon 2020 news: Heavy rain triggered a massive landslide on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway at Ramban Tuesday morning. Traffic movement was severely hampered on the only all-weather road linking Kashmir with rest of the country, an official said. Landslides have also blocked a national highway in Uttarakhand.

Three school children were washed away in Batote area of Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district after heavy rains and cloud burst triggered flash floods in the area on Thursday. Officials said the rescue operations were immediately launched and bodies of two children have been recovered.
