A 32-year-old pedestrian was stabbed by unidentified attackers in east Delhi moments after he shouted at a vehicle owner driving rashly, police said on Saturday. Moin Ahmed, a resident of Laxmi Nagar in east Delhi, was stabbed seven times around 11.45 Friday night in Ramesh Park area of Shakarpur.

The J P Nagar police arrested a gang of six on Sunday minutes before they were about to kill a family. The arrested have been identified as Rajendra Kumar (32), Lingamurthy (27), Ravi (38), Vasanthi (28), A V Saravana Kumar (41) and Ramesh (29). The cops also recovered weapons from their custody.
