Chandigarh's borders with Panchkula and Mohali have been sealed to prevent the city being overrun by followers of Rampal. The controversial head of Rohtak's Satlok Ashram, who is undertrial in a murder case, is facing arrest after the Punjab and Haryana High Court ordered on November 5 that a non-bailable arrest warrant be issued against him.
